In 2 days we cover these four steps: 1. First, we align on the external context: climate change and market forces. 2. Then we understand how your company is responding to this external context. 3. Based on your own data and templates provided by us, you build your customized Supplier Engagement Plan. 4. Finally, we ensure that you are excited to get started the day after your training! The period between the 2 days is used by participants to collect any missing input data for the Supplier Engagement Plan. Your main trainer will be Laura Taal.
